TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. DR. Avinash Kumar Educational & Charitable Trust (DR.A.K.E.&C.T) is a registered Trust under THE INDIAN TRUST ACT, 1882, Regd. No. IV-190305501/2018, West Bengal, India.

2. The Organization conducts educational, promotion, development and research programs in different branches of Alternative Medicines which are not recognized by the Government of India or any State Government.

3. All courses conducted by the Organization are non-recognized educational programs for knowledge and awareness purposes only.

4. Certificates issued by the Organization are only proof of completion of the respective Alternative Medicine course/program and shall not be treated as a Government recognized medical degree or license.

5. The Organization is not a Medical Council, Board, University or Government Authority.

6. Students/candidates cannot claim themselves as Government registered medical practitioners solely on the basis of certificates issued by the Organization.

7. Admission is subject to verification of documents and the Organization reserves the right to cancel any admission if false information is found.

8. All fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

9. The Organization reserves the right to change, modify or update course structure, fees, rules and regulations without prior notice.

10. Study Centers/Franchise are not authorized to claim Government recognition on behalf of the Organization.

11. Any misuse of certificates, name, logo or documents of the Organization is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

12. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of West Bengal Courts only.

Declaration

By taking admission or associating with the Organization, the candidate/center confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted all Terms & Conditions.
